SHIPPING POLICY

Evergarden (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) implies policies listed below:

We offer standard shipping services via SF Express for local delivery.

For international delivery, please contact us for arrangement.

After confirming orders, products will be sent out as soon as possible. If orders are ready to send out at the day of order confirmation, it will be dispatched on the same day. Please consider any mega sales or holidays that might affect delivery times.

 

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3-7 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SECTION 2 - WRONG RECIPIENT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct for us delivering your orders successfully. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Any incorrect information (wrong address, recipient’s contact information, etc.) may incur delays.

SECTION 3 - UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

SECTION 4 - LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

SECTION 5 - RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Return or exchange item(s) within a period of days is allowed under certain condition. For the details, please view our Return & Exchange Policy below.

 

SECTION 6 - OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

SECTION 7 - IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

Import taxes (if any) are pre-paid and included in price of order. Please note that tax rate is varied in different country, please refer to the amount stated in the check-out.

SECTION 8 - ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our site and placing an order, you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Evergarden (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) implies policies listed below:

  1. Evergarden has the legal right to make final decision on approving or refusing the refund/exchange request.

  2. Unless specified, all workshops and classes are non-refundable and not exchangeable, but the class day/time can be changed once for free (Please notify us at least 2 working days in advance).

  3. All customized products are made after receiving permission from customers, no adjustment is allowed after we start the manufacturing process.

  4. If the customer chooses to return the purchased item(s), we will provide you with a refund in the form of EG Points for your next purchase within 3-5 working days. The exchange rate is HKD1:1 EG point, calculated based on ¹the amount after deducting the discount (if any) / original price. No cash refund will be arranged (²except certain circumstances).

  5. If the customer chooses to exchange the purchased item(s), we will inspect if the returned product(s) meet the requirements listed below. After confirming the product(s) is eligible to be exchanged, we will arrange to return the product(s) to the customer's registered address within 3-5 working days. All re-delivery costs shall be paid by us.

  6. An item is eligible to be exchanged for same item only if it has been damaged in transit, has manufacturing defects or is not as described:

  • Online Order: Please contact us via email with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item within 5 working days. All items shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, together with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, documents and protective covers included (if any). Please notify us before sending the returned goods. All incurring charges in returning shall be paid by us.

  • In-store collection: All purchased items should be checked immediately upon collecting in shops. Return or exchange request will not be accepted afterwards.
